We are creating a community of backyard trappers. We want people to put a trap in their backyards, keep it baited, and report catches. Simple!
The Plan
Successful trapping in one in five backyards will reduce the rat population to below 5 percent.
Our plan for the future is to connect our urban backyards with rural properties and beyond. This in time will connect our town from the mountains to the sea!
Making New Zealand Predator Free will allow our native wildlife to flourish again!
