Escape and office and join Ducks Unlimited at their Wairio Wetland Planting Day and Official Opening of the new Bird Viewing Hide!

After planting, join the crew for tea/coffee and sausage at Kilmore Lodge and a short walk to the Bird Viewing Hide for the official opening.

How to get there

Travel 5km south of Kahutara and turn right into Parera Road and travel another 3km towards Lake Wairarapa.
