Wairio Wetland Planting Day 2023 

Help continue the restoration (now in its 17th year!) of this wonderful wetland which forms a vital part in the recent RAMSAR-accredited, Wairarapa Moana. Be part of something formative with the Ducks Unlimited team!

WHEN: Tuesday 27th June 2023, 10:00am start
Sausage sizzle and hot drinks provided around midday

WHERE: Wairio Wetland, Parera Road, off Kahutara Road, South Wairarapa

BRING: Gumboots are a must. Wet weather gear might be good – depends on the day
Tools are provided but feel free to bring your own
