Pest Plant Field Trip – Identify, manage, and control

We are hosting a pest plant management field trip with Aotearoa Biodiversity Conservation Ltd.
This field trip will be a chance to see real-life examples of pest plants. You will learn:
- pest plant identification
- control and eradication methods
- dealing with the re-invasion of pest plants
- and much more
WHEN: Saturday 29th April 2023 10am – 2 pm
Postponement date: Sunday 30th April 2023
WHERE: Starting at O’Connor’s Bush, Greytown Soldiers Memorial Park, Kuratawhiti Street Greytown. Meet by the children’s playground Kuratawhiti Street entrance. Parking is available there.
Please note: We will be visiting TWO sites on this field trip, both in the Greytown area.
BRING: warm clothes, sturdy footwear, and a packed lunch
